Colleen and Chris met for lunch at Bear Rock Cafe. Chris welcomed Colleen back from her visit to New York (she'd been back for three days, but this was the official welcome). Colleen questioned Chris' regular use of the phrase "A good time was had by all" in this blog, saying it's wasted words. Chris defended its use. No ruling was made. Colleen and Chris discussed "Mystic River," which Chris watched at Colleen's urging, and they made plans to attend the new flic "Red Eye." Colleen and Chris both agreed that Bear Rock Cafe has good food -- though we don't have a scale to rank restaurants, we only do that for movies. An unknown, suspicious woman was giving away ice cream outside, so Colleen and Chris helped themselves to a treat. Chris acted with caution -- who the heck just gives away ice cream?
