Colleen and Chris

Colleen and Chris met while the two were working at WXII-TV in Winston-Salem, NC. Although only Chris remains (following a detour to Baltimore), their road adventures are the subject of this entertaining (and we use that term loosely) blog. Special note to our (four) readers: Throughout this blog, you may see Colleen referred to as the "Producer Master" because she is a News Producer, and Chris referred to as the "Web Master," because he is a Managing Editor, and well, it just sounds funny.

This evening Colleen and Chris, after days and days of rain foiling their plans, attended a baseball game between the Winston-Salem Warthogs and Wilmington.

Not really much happened at this game, although Colleen started keeping track of all of the times the PA announcer used the word "historic."

This game DOES have the distinction of being the shortest game ever. Over and done with in...TWO HOURS!!?!?! Yeah, all nine innings!

We were in such a state of shock we just drove home afterwards and went our separate ways. --POSTED BY COLLEEN
